0624 At the de-salting device for incineration exhaust gas

Examples of our equipment being widely adopted in various fields using quicklime, other chemicals, fly ash, etc.!

We will introduce an example of how we resolved a problem with the discharge of descaling agents from the flue gas treatment silo of the incinerator. Initially, there were no issues when receiving the agent from the tank truck into the storage silo, but as the storage volume decreased to a certain extent, it formed a rat hole and stopped discharging. By installing eight standard blow discs (BD-15) and using a controller (C-SV4) with four built-in solenoid valves to sequentially turn on the air for two blow discs at a time with a time delay, we achieved good results. [Challenges] - When the storage volume decreases to a certain extent, it forms a rat hole and stops discharging. - Although there are hammering devices and air aeration nozzles, they are ineffective in this condition. - Silo diameter is Ø2000. *For more detailed information about this case, please refer to the related links. *For more details, please check the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

0606 Resolving poor iron powder leakage

Measures near the discharge area are important! We will provide you with a rational solution that meets your requirements.

As part of the improvement of existing systems, we received an inquiry from an engineering company and adopted the "Broad Disk." Although the fluidity of the target material is not bad, the discharge section is small at Φ50, so we focused our measures here. For detailed arrangements, please contact us. We provide rational solutions tailored to our customers' conditions. 【Case Overview】 ■ Hopper Diameter: Φ800 ■ Discharge Diameter: Φ50 ■ Target Material: Iron powder (specific gravity: approx. 3, particle size: average about 100 microns) ■ Equipment Arrangement - A total of 4 Broad Disk Minis - 4 Broad Disks 【Key Points of This Equipment】 ■ The elastic disk (silicone) is very important in terms of the risk of foreign matter contamination, as well as strength and durability. The silicone disks of this equipment are extremely excellent in strength and durability. Once you use it, you will understand! ■ Control (how to aerate?) is important! We provide guidance on what should be done. We also have a dedicated controller prepared. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

0389 Resolution of rat holes in resin recycling fine powder

A case of adopting the Brody Disk Mini to eliminate rat holes in micro-powdered products.

This is a case we received from a representative in the materials development department of a major electrical equipment manufacturer. They contacted us regarding an issue where the fluidity of the resin recycling fine powder "micronized product" is poor, causing rat holes in the hopper of their development test machine. No measures had been taken specifically for bridging or rat holes, and they have decided to install a blow disk this time. After the installation of this equipment, the resin fine powder has been flowing out steadily. [Overview] ■ Hopper diameter: 350φ ■ Discharge diameter: 80φ ■ Hopper cone angle: 45° *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. *Our website features numerous case studies. You can check them out via the link below.

0712 Elimination of bridge and rat holes in talc + additives.

Introducing a solution for rat holes occurring at the bridge of the Φ800 hopper and its lower reducer!

We would like to introduce a case where the issues of bridging and rat holes with talc and additives were resolved. Four blow discs (BD-15 type) were installed slightly above the discharge section of the Φ800 hopper. Two blow disc minis (BD-08 type) were installed in the reducer. With these countermeasures, the user's challenges were cleared in one go. How can we easily and cost-effectively eliminate bridging, rat holes, powder blockages, and obstructions? We believe we have the answer. While we cannot guarantee 100%, we are confident that there is a significant possibility of solving customer issues easily and at low cost. 【Countermeasures】 <Equipment Installation> ■ Four blow discs (BD-15 type) installed slightly above the discharge section of the Φ800 hopper ■ Two blow disc minis (BD-08 type) installed in the reducer <Control> ■ Using the C-SV4 controller with four built-in solenoid valves, sequential air aeration is applied to the above blow discs and blow disc minis in four locations. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
